CBD, THC: Edibles, tinctures, capsules, concentrates, flower etc. What's YOUR preferred dosing method?

With there being SO many fantastic methods of dosing, where does one begin?? I imagine it can be somewhat overwhelming to the curious novice..for those with no desire to become "chemical soup", those looking for an alternative to pharmaceuticals-some of which come with rather undesirable side affects.
It is ILLEGAL for a shop, or for myself, to tell you how much to dose with (meaning how many MGs or ml to use). I can however tell you what works for me personally and what products I personally recommend...and so can YOU in the comments! If you're a "seasoned veteran" with personal recommendations/products that work for you OR if you are brand new to the CBD-Cannabis community and are looking for recommendations, I HIGHLY encourage you all to engage and interact in the comment section. CBD or THC tinctures are a great option for those who'd like to dose without smoking. In my opinion, this is the best product for a novice to start with, as there's no learning curve like there would be for a first time concentrate (crumble, shatter, etc) user.
I personally enjoy this route due to it's availability in a wide range of total MGs per vile, ranging from 100MGs-1000MGs +, and in a variety of flavors (or no added flavors at all!). I also enjoy tinctures due to the fact that it can easily be dosed sublingually (by holding your desired amount under your tongue) or by adding it to your vape of choice. 

Tinctures, edibles, crumble + more. All staples at my castle and in my  personal dosage throughout my day.
It's a FACT that CBD has anti-inflammatory properties...which works wonders for me personally since I've been medically advised NOT to take ibuprofen due to the fact that ibuprofen is not recommended for those with stomach ulcers/irritation.  Pictured in the pink container is a product called CBD crumble (by Green Roads, 250MG/gram). I have found that if I dose a small amount via my dab straw (pictured to the left of the pink container containing the CBD crumble) it seems to have a "stimulant type" of affect, for me. GREAT for powering through a busy day or cleaning my castle, not so great for sleep...HOWEVER, I have found that if I dose the crumble by topping my flower with it, SLIGHTLY melting it (be careful not to burn it), letting it harden on and into the flower for a few moments and partaking as usual, it is extremely relaxing, to me. Great for ridding muscle aches/soreness, upset stomach, nausea and insomnia. If you've tried crumble I'd really appreciate and am fascinated by YOUR opinion/experience.



Hemp Bombs are my personal favorite capsule! In addition to Hemp Bombs full spectrum CBD (products labeled "full spectrum" are products that contain the full cannabis plant rather than products labeled "isolate" containing only certain parts of the plant..isolated sections, if you will) they also contain calcium and magnesium..BOTH vitamin supplements medically recommended to me personally to help in easing muscle spasms, abdominal muscle spasms and as a "pre-seizure preventative supplement". Taking one Hemp Bomb aids in relaxing my muscles and taking two GREATLY helps conquer my insomnia and to send me to the pleasant kingdom known as "slumber land"!
